SHALOM greetings Cherished one. One nature of Christ that makes Him the standard for living is that He loves righteousness and hates iniquity. He doesn’t love both. *Yes, as a Christian you cannot love righteousness and iniquity. In other words, when you become born again, that ability to love sinning gradually dies in you and the desire for right living increases.* Even if you fall into sin, the Spirit of God in You that makes you call Him Abba Father humbly teaches you to receive forgiveness and walk in repentance.
One hallmark that a Christian has a living conscience is that He knows when he has messed up and easily makes restitution by the blood of the Lamb. Whoever loves righteousness understands the principles of righteousness. Such folks seek to walk in the paths of righteousness. Our focal text unveils that that Jesus loved righteousness. To love righteousness means living right according to the standards of God’s word by faith through grace. As a child of God, it is your faith life that makes you stand, therefore your righteousness should be one which is of the faith in Christ Jesus (Galatians 2:20).
Remember faith produces good works of righteousness, not otherwise. The nature or gift of righteousness in you helps you to live right. For it takes the seed of righteousness to bring forth the fruits of righteousness. Beloved, choose to love righteousness. Have a strong affection and desire for it; Yes, welcome it; Entertain it; Be fond of it. Talk about it; think and practise righteousness. God loves righteousness and has destined you as a lover of righteousness. When you make the choice to love righteousness, then you have denied or renounced the deeds of iniquity. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER
Dear Father of Righteousness, I thank You for the the gift of righteousness which ignites in me the desire, passion, joy and ability to love and live righteous life. My righteousness is of You therefore I humbly submit to receive much grace and strength to live according to Your right standards by faith in Jesus Blessed Name. Amen!
