Cwesi Oteng Releases “Yesu EP”(An African Ode to Jesus)
Award winning Ghanaian contemporary gospel artiste, Cwesi Oteng has put together a special Extended Play (EP) titled ‘Yesu EP (An African Ode to Jesus)’ for the Easter festivity as we celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus.
The 7 track music collection has been put together specially by Cwesi Otengand his team to celebrate Jesus in three different African languages apart from the English.
This unique EP has a song in Yoruba sang by Nikki Laoye, a beautiful rendition of ‘Yesu’ previously recorded in Twi.
That’s not all, Benjani Ngu’uni also came through from Zambia, giving us a sweet rendition of Yesu in Bemba language. Check it out below;

All songs on this EP were written by Cwesi Oteng . Tracks 1, 2,3 and 7 on the EP were recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by Kofi Owusu Dua Anto (KODA). ‘Love’ was produced by Abraham Affainie, ‘Yesu (Live)’ and ‘My Defense (Victory Chant)’ produced by Anthem Production Collective and Kaywa.
