BLISSFUL greetings, Cherished one. Apostle Paul wrote this letter to a young man called Timothy and admonished him to be example in speech and conduct. This implies that you don’t necessarily have to be old in age to be a good example to others. An example is a model or a pattern that others can emulate from. *So the believer is a glorious model or pattern, not otherwise.* Our focal text implies that you can create a pattern or model in word and conduct.

Thus, your life is an action in progress that others learn from. *A youthful life submitted to Christ is a life worthy of emulation.* Aside being example in speech or word, you ought to be a model in CONDUCT; your conduct involves how you carry yourself. Thus your manner of life or behaviour. Simply put, your conduct is how you behave. *As a believer, your behaviour is formed from Who you have believed and what you have believed.*

That’s why followers of Jesus Christ are called disciples, which means students or learners. They learn from their master in diverse ways. Jesus unveils in Matthew 11:29, _”Place my yoke on you and learn from me,”._ *Your conduct or behaviour is a reflection of how much you learn from the Christ, the Light of the world. Learning from Christ is what qualifies you to represent Him as His ambassador.* Keep on becoming a model in conduct to many as a child of God. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank You for the grace and ability to conduct myself in godliness. My life is a model of success and glory to many. I shine forth in glory by the power of Your Spirit in the Name of Jesus Christ ! Amen!
