GRACIOUS greetings, Cherished one. It has become the general norm for many people to write new resolutions every new year. Many wrote theirs in this year. On your resolution list, do you have all of them accomplished or most achieved? Well according to the human calendar, people have dreams, aspirations, visions and goals that they want to achieve. A resolution refers to a strong will, determination or statement made of one’s visions and goals that he wants to accomplish per time. For instance, some postured that before the years come to an end they would accomplish certain dreams or goals.
However, before you start writing another new year resolutions, spend some time reflecting on your life this year. To reflect means to examine or to bend back in thoughts concerning your actions or inactions. Take a reflection on your spiritual life, do you like how your spiritual life is functioning? How is your personal prayer life? How is your personal Word studies? Were you able to spend quality time with God’s word and prayer and loving others? How much influence do you allow God’s word to have over your life? Reflect on them before you resolute. As a child of God, your spiritual life is a pivotal point to influence other areas of your life.
