24/7 DOXA Content, 27th September-BLESSINGS FOR GOD’S BELOVED

FRUITFUL greetings Cherished one. The Christian life does not and should not welcome everything that life brings. Being a Christian is a high calling from the most high God and therefore should be treated with a high sense of “godly professionalism”. That’s why our codes of conduct are defined by the Creator, not the creature or situations. God has set glorious principles to govern His children. Our focal text unveils one principal truth to God’s children. It reveals the vanity of living a sorrowful life which emanates from life’s struggles or toils with no fruitfulness or blessings. Bread of sorrows or anxious toil comes as a result of worry, cares of this life, deceitfulness of riches, anxiety, solely depending on your abilities and qualifications without acknowledging God’s power to get wealth (Deut 8:18).
Beloved, any kind of diligence without the bestowment of divine blessings equals vanity and sorrows. The first verse says ”except the Lord builds the house, the labourers build in vain and except He watches the city, the watchmen watch in vain” (Ps 127:1). This implies that no matter what you are building or labouring for in life, you must appropriate the essence of the divine blessings on it else your life will have nothing great to show.
For it is the blessing of the Lord that makes rich without adding sorrows to it (Prov 10:22). God’s plan is revealed to His beloved children in the next part; He gives them sleep, rest or blessings. Your place of rest or blessings is only found in Christ. Outside of Him is crisis. *You are the beloved of God, so keep fixing your eyes on Him and enjoy the rest HE only can give. You are destined to eat the bread of blessings, not sorrows.* The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER
Father, I thank You for Your blessing that makes me rich and abound in all good works. As Your beloved child, I feast on healthy diet of Your blessings, not sorrows. As I graciously work diligently, thank You for bestowing Your blessings on all I do. I declare I’m walking in Your blessings all the days of my life in Jesus Blessed. Amen !
