FOCAL TEXT: Proverbs 21 vs 31►► “The horse is prepared against the day of battle: but safety is of the LORD.”~|KJV|______________________________________
SHALOM greetings Cherished one. According to our focal text, the horse is prepared against the day of battle. Come to think of it, the horse is naturally endowed with strength and speed, however that doesn’t prevent it from preparation. Preparation will help you to know how to effectively use your strengths and speed in times of challenges. Preparation is one dimension of effective planning. In your quest to engage in financial preparation, note that God does not necessarily rain physical money into people’s bank accounts or pockets; but money comes to a person through solving a need. In other words, money is hidden solving in problems with either goods or services.
For instance, the doctor is solving the need of health; the teacher is providing solution to ignorance; the food seller is solving hunger problems and the water seller is solving the need for thirst. So in solving these need money becomes the payment for the exchange of these values or needs. When famine came in the land of Israel, Jacob sent his children with money to Egypt to buy food (Genesis 43:2). When Jesus Christ was about to prepare for the Passover festival, He sent His disciples to buy the things they’d need. He didn’t command those things to come from heaven ( John 13:29).
