GLORIOUS greetings Cherished one. Our focal text is coming from one of the vibrant disciples of Christ Jesus. Peter, the former fisherman who was struggling in his fishing industry. *He heed to the calling of Jesus: “Follow me I will make you fishers of men”; and his life got transformed.* After Jesus’ ascension, he was one of the pillars of the early Church in the Acts of the Apostles. The Lord revealed and worked a lot of miracles by his hands. A man with this credibility and credential should never be taken for granted in any way when he speaks.
In telling his journey with the Lord Jesus Christ, he said that “we” (which includes Peter himself and other apostles) had not followed cunningly devised fables. The word “followed” means “to yield to or imitate one way of acting or obey”. In other words, we have not yielded to or imitated or obeyed cunningly devised fables. Cunningly devised fables simply means cleverly invented myths or fictitious stories.
Beloved, the truths about the Lord Jesus Christ is not a myth or fictitious story. Yes, the revelations concerning the Christ is not concocted or man’s invention. To believe otherwise is the devil’s scheme to rob many into destruction. Reject all cunningly devised fables from philosophers and people who aim to mock or trivialise the essence of the risen Lord. Don’t allow anyone to deceive and draw you away from the faith in Jesus Christ. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

I DECLARE
Dear Father, I thank You for saving me into the truth and not fallacy. My life is ordered in the truth of God’s word and not cunningly devised fables. I reject anything or one that aims to mock the integrity of my Lord Jesus. I am enjoying Christ to the fullest. Hallelujah !
