24/7 DOXA Content 2019 SATURDAY, 10th August-TEACH AND ADMONISH ONE ANOTHER 

Greetings to you in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Yesterday, we were admonished to let the word of Christ have its home in us in all richness and wisdom. Today, our focal text unveils another dimension that will help us abide in His word. And that is to teach and admonish one another with the words of Christ that inhabit us. *Allow it to have dominance over you to the extent that it overflows in teaching and admonishing one another in the faith.* To “teach” means to direct, instruct, or impart knowledge. To “admonish” also involves cautioning, exhorting or reproving gently.

Therefore, when the word of Christ dwells in you, it makes you a teacher and admonisher of good things. You spearhead a good course. Hallelujah! If His word isn’t in you, you can’t teach and admonish one another. You can teach and admonish through psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. A psalm is a spiritual ode or poem accompanied by voice or musical instruments. Usually, a psalm may be sung, chanted, or recited. A person can either sing or speak the psalm that is inspired by the Holy Spirit. Mostly, a hymn is a song of praise and worship addressed to and directed toward God.

And spiritual songs are those that bring forth the revelation of the word that the Holy Spirit has given you. It may be a scripture, a word of encouragement, a word of exhortation, and so forth. The body of Christ is a spiritual Church which is designed to operate within a spiritual frequency. If we are to teach and admonish ourselves in the faith, then it means we must be ready to learn from one another, especially those who have allowed the word of Christ to richly dwell in them in wisdom. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ is with you always.

PRAYER
Precious Father, I thank You for the wisdom that comes from Your word. As Your Spirit help me to dwell in the word of Christ, I graciously teach and admonish one another in all wisdom. I humbly receive psalms, hymns and spiritual songs given by the Holy Spirit for a glorious benefit in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!
