GLORIOUS greetings Cherished one. Men and women of God are mostly criticized when they make mistakes; but their good works are hardly praised. There are some Christians who would wait for the world to talk or write good about their ministers and that’s a complete error. How do you expect a secular media to talk or report well of ministers of the gospel. *It’s the believer’s duty to pray for or talk good of these ministers of God whether they are on track or even when they miss it.*
The devil mostly incite people to talk ill against servants of God. So that people will lose their trust in them and the things of God in general. Well, the Bible admonishes us to correct one another in the spirit of meekness, and love covers a multitude of sins (Gal 6:1;1 Peter 4:8; James 5:20). As a child of God, you should demonstrate that love to them too. As a born again Christian, don’t join the world to persecute ministers of God.*Refuse any temptation to speak evil of your man or woman of God even when you feel you are right. You need to “protect” them, and not to capitalize on their flaws.
Our focal text admonishes us to pray for them. This is very necessary, not optional. God calls His ministers not because they are void of mistakes or flaws but to equip them in order to fulfill His purpose on earth. Pray for the ministers of God sent to you that the anointing of God’s Spirit will continue to illuminate them and fill them with wisdom and understanding in the knowledge of God (Eph 1:17,18). Beloved, right now, please spend some time and pray for the ministers of God sent unto you. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER
Dear Gracious Father, I thank you for the privilege to pray for ministers of God. I pray that You’ll continue to fill them with the knowledge of Your will. Continue to envelope them with the anointing and humility to read, study, learn and serve their generation from a pure heart and virtue in Jesus Name. Amen !
