24/7 DOXA Content, 17th June-ABOUND IN IT WITH THANKSGIVING

GLORIOUS greetings, Cherished one. The reality of God’s word revealed in the epistles transcends a generation or the local assembly at that time. God’s eternal word revealed never loses its relevance in any generation. *Any generation who will take God’s word seriously and put it into practice would see the manifested wonder-working power of the word.* God’s Spirit through Apostle Paul has been admonishing the saints on how to live the New Creation life.
And we have seen how needful it is to maintain the stability of your faith in Christ, and keep on walking in Him till you become rooted and built up in Him. *In this end time, your faith, growth and maturity in the Christ-life should always be a great concern to you.* The final part of our focal text says “abounding in it with thanksgiving”. Thus, whiles you become stable in the faith, walking in Christ and being rooted and built up in Him, you should continue with thankfulness.
To abound means to overflow or increase in number. *Beloved, it is never too much to be thankful to the Lord for all His finished works done for your benefit. Jesus has done a lot for you, so be highly grateful as grow daily in Him.* A life of gratitude leads to a higher altitude in life because thanksgiving is an act of faith unto the Lord; the Lord always rewards your faith. Continually overflow with thanksgiving no matter the challenges of life. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ always abounds towards you.

PRAYER
_Dear Lord, I thank You for helping me to be established in the faith. I praise You for the privilege to walk in You. I bless Your Name that I am being empowered to be rooted and built up in You. I thank You for the glorious life You have given me. I receive the grace to overflow with thankfulness in all things. Hallelujah !_
