GLORIOUS greetings Cherished one. Everything created by God has a nature. The nature defines its functions and purposes. Among all creations, mankind is of different species, made in the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:26,27). Mankind is not another big animal. God breathed into his nostrils and he became a living soul. So man is not just of dust content, but of ‘living soul content’ (Genesis 2:7). Mankind had the nature of God but was corrupted through the deception of the devil. However through Christ Jesus that nature is restored in its glorious content.
*The New Creation is a joint participant of the divine nature, not a spectator or commentator.* Through faith in Christ that old nature is crucified and the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17). “Partakers” is from the Greek word “koinonos” which means “partner or sharer”. Thus, we share the same or common nature with God. In other words, His nature is not different from ours. The scripture confirms that he that is joined together with the Lord is one spirit (1 Corinthians 6:17). Yes, we are brought into one fellowship with God through Christ.
The Greek word “nature” used here also originates from “phuo” meaning “a spring up or to beget or produce”. Thus, the nature we possess now is an offspring of the Divinity, not just ordinary human beings. *A Christian who knows his identity in Christ is the most powerful force on earth to represent God.* God now recognises you as a fully functional part of Him. You are not a spectator to watch on. You are not a commentator to comment about God but you are a partaker of His divine nature to fulfil all righteousness. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER
Thank You glorious Father for counting me worthy by Your grace to partake of Your nature. I am born again, a new creation full of the Spirit, power, faith and wisdom. By these realities, I live as a true ambassador of Your Son in Jesus Blessed Name. Amen !
