BLISSFUL greetings, Cherished one. The world will never be the same if most people live up to their responsibilities. The scripture unveils a timeless truth in 1 Timothy 5:8 _“But if someone does not provide for his own, especially his own family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”_ *This implies that your Christian faith is tied to being responsible in all things, including providing for your family.* Responsibility is a necessity for life, without it, nothing will keep on working.
Therefore, refuse to shirk or run away from responsibilities. The more you run away from responsibilities, the more you create liabilities for yourself and others in the long run. The responsibility you run away from today will definitely face you one day. God knows that the day of accountability will come, that’s why he empowers you to be responsible. Don’t hide under faith and grace and live an irresponsible Christian life because there’s nowhere in scripture faith or grace encouraged that. Faith and grace are your best “divine tools” to help you fulfill and perform every responsibility. The Apostle affirmed in our focal text that he was able to labour more through the grace of God.
