FAVOURED greetings, Cherished one. It is true that unless you change your attitude, you cannot change your results. *Faithful managers have attitudes that are results-oriented, than wishing-oriented.* One of them is the ability to make the best decisions from the many options the world presents to them. In our focal text, when they received the monies they could have consumed all on other stuff rather than investing; but they chose to invest the monies rather than complaining or consuming it. *They had learnt through profitable networks that investment is what brings increase or more productivity, not consumption.*

Beloved, do you know that your current place of work is a place for learning a lot about business, and not just a place of earning? So many people focus on earning till they go on pension or are sacked from the job. *Faithful stewards see beyond earning to learning a lot including investment.* Investment minded persons are productivity conscious. No wonder they told the master after his return : _“… ‘Lord, you delivered to me five talents; look, I HAVE GAINED FIVE MORE talents besides them.’’ Matthew 25:20 22_. *Friend, you can’t live with a consuming mentality and still gain more of what you have been given.* Invest your resources and time into learning and developing what you’ve been given.

Faithful stewards do not play with their time. They don’t mismanage time. They maximise time to their advantage. They know when to engage time for positive pleasure and business. Also, they knew the master would come back again. Yes, the day of accountability would come. *Henceforth, faithful managers keep up with time lines and deadlines. They understand the target of times and seasons and maximise them.* Beloved, the earth is a beautiful place for people who live by His word. Keep on developing and building up as a faithful steward and your rewards will be evident to all. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always. Amen!

_You are my lovely Father and I know You love me beyond comprehension. I thank You for the insight and foresight received from Your unfailing Word. I graciously keep on yielding to being a highly productive faithful manager in the Blessed Name of Jesus Christ. Amen !_
