24/7 DOXA Content, 11th April-THE WORD AND YOUR MINDSET

BLISSFUL greetings, Cherished one. The word of the Lord is more than just a written document. It is more than a book. It contains words that are inspired by the Holy Spirit (2 Timothy 3:16). *Therefore, His words are living and not dead and can cause a transformative change in your mind.* Jesus had a certain way of thinking that formed his mindset. He was very conscious of doing the Father’s will.

The scripture says “Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth” (1 Peter 2:22); Because He had allowed the word of the Father to mould His thinking and talking. Our focal text says Jesus had a particular mindset. The mindset to serve God’s will and obey Him even unto the death of the cross (Philippians 2:7,8). *His mindset never opposed the Father’s will.* Jesus went through a lot but He didn’t allow those challenges to change his mindset.

We must humble ourselves under the authority of God’s word because of its ability to give us a fruitful mindset. Mindset is a fixed mental position accrued through diverse cultures, environments, belief systems, opinions, celebrity lifestyles, media and human experiences. Allow the word to change any unwholesome mindset that opposes the word of God. For the word of His grace is able to build you up and give you an inheritance. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

I DECLARE
I humbly allow the word of His grace to build me up and change my speech and thinking pattern. I reject any mindset from culture, traditions and my own experience that contradicts the mind of Christ. I engage my mind to think like Christ in all aspects of my life in Jesus Blessed Name. Amen!
